The GQ Edition is essentially a 500C Abarth with FIAT badges on it except for having the sport style interior with custom stitching and a sport tuned exhaust to make it quieter. Same horsepower and torque, Same exterior look (black lights come standard on the GQ and FIAT badges) boost gauge is the same.
The Turbo and Abarth have forged internals and the turbo and intercooler. Basically they are the same, except the Turbo does not have the Sport button for an extra 20 lbs-ft of torgque. Abarth gets beefed up tranny, not sure about the Turbo. Abarth gets different seats, shift knob, shift boot. $2000 difference between Turbo and Abarth.

So last Spring, I went to the Fiat dealer in Memphis to look at a few cars. The guy I dealt with had no clue what the difference between the Abarth and 500T was, other than $4500. I couldn't quantify that price difference without knowing the difference, drove both and settled on the 500T.
Prices for the Fiat 124 Spider begin at around ÂŁ11,000 for a 2017-reg Classica with 22,000 miles. The Fiat is softer and mellower than the Abarth and in many ways a more compelling alternative to
N6jYAL. Like the others said, they have almost no differences. Although Fiat offered an Urbana package on their later years with some nice unique wheels if you can find them, and replaced all Fiat logos on the Abarth Spider with Abarth logos in the US market. The Abarths outside the US were already completely Abarth badged from the start.

I can confirm, as other's have, that sport mode is certainly noticeable. Another thing to consider is the Lusso's lack of paddle shifters. I enjoy having those on the Abarth. (I do believe with a bit of work they can be installed on a Lusso as one member on here has done.)
