The 600 is the one for you. PROS: HALF the price of either 700/800 variants, longest range of the NG series (200 nm's more than the 800), can t/o and land at way more runways the 800 cannot, more wiggle room at rotate than 800, so less likely to scrape the runway with tail section at T/O, identical cockpits between all NG variants.
Share. Posted October 30, 2020. All joking aside, the default 737 is a "toy" that almost any beginner can fly, where the Zibo mod is a study level 737. All systems work like in the real plane. Watch some videos by flightdeck2sim in the Zibo mod on YouTube. He is a real life B738 captain and involved in this project.
With the -700 you’re paying 100% more for an airplane that is 7% longer. Everything else is pretty much the same. -600 was the direct replacement to the 737-500, which itself was a direct replacement to the 737-200. Lots of opportunities to simulate classic ops with fictional liveries (tons on flightsim.to already).
Boeing 737-800 vs. Boeing 787-8. Values may not be 100% accurate. Engine thrust, MTOW and range (full load) based on best options available. Passanger capacity in standard 3-class layout for widebodies and 2-class for narrowbodies (including A300, A310).
The Max 9 first flew in 2017, the Max 7 in March, 2018 and the Max 10 on June 18, 2021. The design of the 737 Max series is based on the Boeing 737, an aircraft series that has been in service
Tech Log - 737-700 vs 737-800 - I have changed companies and started flying the -800 after a couple of years on the -700. Just completed my first flight on the 800 and felt is was a quite different bird in terms of handling. The approach was in windy conditions. Some of the things I noticed are that compared to the 700

The MAX 8 has a modernized flight deck with four big juicy screens on the MIP and it also has the newer, more powerful yet more fuel efficient CFM LEAP-1B engines vs the -800’s CFM56 engines. The 737-800 global fleet is the most valuable*. While it's true that the global 737-800 fleet is worth twice as much as the 737 MAX 8 global fleet in absolute terms, it's only because there are just so many more 737-800s still operating. Indeed, we need only look at carriers like Southwest Airlines and Ryanair to see that the older variant is
MAX 10: $134.9 million. These figures show that the MAX 8 costs $20 million more than the third-generation 737-800. In fact, only the smaller MAX 7 comes close to the affordability of the older model. However, there is a price to pay for the significant technological innovation that has been invested in the MAX series.
But there isn't a huge difference between the two planes. Comparing the figures, the current A320 is about 10 cm higher than the current 737 NG. The A320neo and the 737 MAX will be pretty close, with the MAX potentially getting 5 cm lower. 737 (MAX): 43-58 cm (1.42-1.92 ft) 737 (NG): 46-64 cm (1.5-2.08 ft) 737 (CL): 46-53 cm (1.5-1.75 ft)
