On my 330i ZHP, 6spd manual, I happen to have an upgraded 3.46 open rear differential (from stock 3.07).. and I have 6 bolt pattern, in a 2-2-2 pattern as I'll call it (2 at the 12 oclock position, 2 at the 4 oclock position and 2 at the 8 oclock position) I have 2 The 328i was only made in early production years as far as I recall (up to 2001 or 2002 I think), so it'll be pre-facelift styling only. I spent about 8 months searching for my ZHP I recently purchased. They're becoming very popular, and they come with a $2-3k+ premium over regularly equipped 330i's. If you truly are looking for a 330i/Ci ZHP Sure, but diesels have their d for making the difference. And they also have fuel injectors. Anyway owner should know what he have, even without checking what it says in rear, and others don't need to know all details. Half shafts are bigger in 330 but no big deal. Differentials are the same, the output stub shafts change, to accommodate different half shafts (if you have the m54 you will have the big case 188k differential already ). 2001 BMW 330Ci Shocks and Struts; 2001 BMW 330Ci Wheel Bearing / Hub Assembly - Front; 2001 BMW 330Ci Power Steering Pump; 2001 BMW 330Ci Tie Rod End; 2001 BMW 330Ci Wheel Bearing / Hub Assembly - Rear; 2001 BMW 330Ci Lug Nut; 2001 BMW 330Ci Control Arm - Lower; 2001 BMW 330Ci Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensor; 2001 BMW 330Ci Sway Bar Link
